Charles "Chuck" Cornwell Jr. is a veteran Virginia real estate broker whose career has spanned nearly four decades, building a reputation for excellence, integrity, and unwavering commitment to his clients and community.
Growing up in Bealeton, Virginia, Chuck began his real estate career in 1985 at Mount Vernon Realty. His wife, Helen, joined the industry in 1987, and together they would go on to build one of Northern Virginia's most respected real estate enterprises.
In 1992, Chuck and Helen founded CHC, Inc. and launched their RE/MAX Regency franchise, headquartered in Warrenton. Over the next three decades, they expanded into multiple offices across Northern Virginia, training and mentoring hundreds of agents and overseeing billions in real estate sales.
Chuck's expertise extends beyond traditional real estate. In 1997, he and Helen founded EnTitle Settlement Services, a full-service title company, while Chuck also earned his Class A Contractor's License—creating a rare combination of real estate, title, and construction credentials that provides unparalleled value to his clients.
In 2022, Chuck successfully merged RE/MAX Regency with RE/MAX Gateway, ensuring continuity for his agents and clients, while transitioning his focus to boutique real estate services under CHC Realty / CHC Lifestyles.
Chuck's induction into the Virginia REALTORS® Hall of Fame in 2025 recognizes his lifelong contributions to the profession and his enduring impact on the Northern Virginia real estate community.
